"When my wife and I needed a local contractor not only willing but capable of building a passive home we turned to Formula construction. Attention to detail and labor intensive to seal the house properly are requirements for such a build and Clint at Formula construction knocked it out of the park. We got to our required air leakage threshold of .65 ACH @50pa. It was an unusual build for our community but we are happy with the result thanks to our builder.
