"Furnace was giving off codes that there were issues with pressure and flame sensors so we called to get it serviced and repaired. The technician told us that everything was fine, he cleaned the sensors and that we just needed to get a lower grade filter as our HEPA filter didn't allow for good air flow. Less than a week later the codes were back we tried to call 4G to get them to come back and find out what was wrong and they have yet to return our call. Finally we gave up and called another technician and found that the system had not been cleaned at all and when he pulled the flame sensor it was black and needed to be cleaned with steel wool it was so caked over. Still trying to reach out to 4G to let them know what their technician did and said and they are refusing to call back to rectify the situation."
