"Repair on my dishwasher was subcontracted to them by Fred's appliance. They came out with the correct part but for the wrong dishwasher. They had the part number of mine and the tech was confused why they ordered the wrong part. Said they would get the right part and get back to me. Fast forward 2 months of nothing from them and not responding to communications I reach out to Fred's. They reach out direct to the dispatcher and magically I get a call from appliance pros 1 hour later stating the part had shipped. BS. Fred's will be completing the repair now. What a waste of months!"
