"I enjoy shopping at AC Lakeside and like the selections. I used to eat quite regularly at their deli (2 or 3 meals everyday) and really enjoyed their cooked offerings. They have an odd issue about not eating before paying, perhaps they've had lots of theft. I was quite sternly scolded for sitting down at the table and eating the food I had gotten, instead of going to the check out, waiting in line, paying and then walking back thru the store to the tables to sit down and eat. I did save all the the price labels neatly for check out. I do not steal, or shoplift and after being scolded I stopped eating in the store at all. I would recommend they put a cashier in their deli area to collect money, thus avoiding insulting, alienating or offending good daily customers."

"Sailing throughout Southeast Alaska aboard our own boat requires grocery shopping. AC Value Center is a well provisioned full-service grocery. Quality produce, diverse, gourmet options. and very friendly staff willing to assist however they can. Considering AC Value Center is a short walk from the harbor it's conveniently located. White's Pharmacy is located inside the grocery, an added convenience."
