"The WORST person possible to be an "agent". She is NEVER in her office. NEVER returns phone calls. She messed up my auto bill pay, causing me to get fined and policy canceled. She can't even answer basic questions. When confronted why she can't return calls in a MONTH. She gets upset and hangs up. Most unprofessional encounter one could have. I have phone records to prove NO phone calls were returned. She only just NOW tried to call me after seeing this review. I have a month of recorded data showing NO phone calls. So we can put LIAR down as another attribute of hers."
