Reviews
"Rude customer service, and we had to pull around and wait for our food. Oh ,how I miss the days of fast food throwing in a free fry for inconvenience!"
"Currently waiting on "fast food" been 14 minutes and counting was asked to pull around front so they wouldn't exceed the drive through time"
"I go here all the time to pick up lunch for me and my coworkers. This placed used to be terrible and slow. Ever since they brought in the manager guy everything has improved significantly. Not only is the wait time much better, but the quality of their food is also noticeably better. This place is now one of my favorites to grab lunch at and I will for sure be coming back at least once a week."
"I don't normally write reviews, but I believe the problems with employees on this team stem from bad leaders. I ordered my food and recieved it in a pretty timely manner. The person at the front wasn't super attentive but they had orders coming so I didn't pay it much mind. After sitting and eating for at bit, the person behind the counter called for a team meeting. (yes while people were eating) and started nitpicking small stains and scratches, most of which were in places customers could not see. Turns out he was the teak lead tonight. Working in service in the past myself, I can see the frustration. But then he had the audacity to say "And some of you are asking for raises? You're crazy!" To say something like that in front of customers, and being comfortable with it is nothing short of wicked. Working in service again, I've also seen bad team leaders. Whomever was working tonight and treats their staff in such a manner should be let go. These are young folks trying to make their best in the world, working a job that'd teach them good values. To dangle a carrot like a pay raise to members of the team is demonstrably cruel, and says volumes of what they think of others. This leader demonstrated none of those qualities and I believe contributes to the behavior of the team. To say some serious leadership restructuring is on order here, and I will never be returning here again until it does. That person soured my entire perception of fast food and I do not make claims like this lightly."
"The female working on 8/16/23 at 6:48pm need to work on her customer service. She was very disrespectful. Ordered food from a kind young man at the window, said waiting on fresh fries. The female said for me to pull to the front and someone will bring them out. I waited 10 min. I was also the only customer in drive thru and one Door Dasher went in after 5 minutes and was out. I had to unbuckle my toddler, go in, and ask. The fries were ready and in the queue. She rolled her eyes, dropped them in the bag, and handed them to me. No smile, no thank you from her. I thanked her. Guess what?! They were not fresh and I refuse to eat them as I don’t trust to eat them since she deliberately refused to bring them out to me. They were ready sitting there. Again, no other customers. Im very ticked off since I was expecting fresh fries and had my toddler in tow. Where are the customer service standards?"
