"Always a great experience here! I’ve been a Pizza Hut fan since the 337-2323 commercials and the thin crust cheese with those buttery edges and perfect amount of sauce and cheese portions keeps my feet crossed rubbing at the ankles and Netflix ready every times ! 10/10"

"PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING! My order was roughly 45 minutes late. Understandable when it's snowing for 15 minutes or so, but not 45 minutes. I tried calling the store 6 - 8 times, it would hang up on me after the message. No answer. Food was basically refrigerator level cold. Incorrect toppings on the only combination pizza I ordered. Which just so happened to be the most expensive. I will NEVER eat pizza hut again. I was trying something new, but I full regret it. Biggest waste of $74 ever."

"I like to say I'm a pizza hut kind of guy, as its the only pizza i order most of the time. The delivery drivers are always friendly and timely, but the staff at the restaurant arent as great. I didnt get everything i ordered and i tried calling directly to resolve it, but they never answer. Its also hard to find a way to get a refund without going in either. Ive also had family members order from this location and have issues. Theyve had to go directly to the location, but they also didnt get everything resolved. Overall, the food is good, but the service is starting to lack"

"Placed an order for a 1/2 & 1/2 pizza and this is what I found when I got home... completely unacceptable in my opinion... especially considering the price!!! I once respected the quality of this establishment but this has ruined it for me."

"Absolutely incompetent. Ordered one of their much touted Detroit pizzas, it arrived without ANY sauce on it. The double order of cheese sticks was billed but arrived as a single order. Both my wife and I tried calling multiple times, and *every time* they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Of course the local “call center” is useless beyond taking new orders. This is the literal definition of theft, so I’ll be following up with Pizza Hut’s corporate customer service to demand a full refund on this."
