"I'm a DoorDasher. My experience is as a delivery driver. One of this stores MANAGERS made my experience so bad I won't come back to this store again as a Dasher or customer. Outrageously rude and inconsiderate. When I first got there I went thru the drive thru and was asked to pick my order up inside. When I got inside I encountered a short line of people. I waited until the people had all ordered (took about 25 mins. As a Dasher time is of the essence). Another Dasher had come in by this point. When I approached the counter to talk to someone about my needs I was not just ignored, I wasn't even so much as acknowledged until I finally had to very loudly project my voice to get someone's attention. This is when the manager decided to snap at me. Saying "can't you see we are busy?!' all snotty. To which I promptly replied " yes but that doesn't change the fact that you could still acknowledge me. I'm sorry but I worked fast food myself and customer service is everything. The same manager hid and had another employee grab our orders WHICH WERE ALREADY MADE ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HAND THEM TO US. Absolutely horrible and ruined my mood for hours to come. Funny how employment status makes people act so pompus."

"I would give them less stars if I could. Our family stoped in there for a quick dinner. We waited 30 minutes for our food only to be told that they forgot about our order never made it and that it was my husbands fault for not reminding them. Then to be told it would be "awhile" longer for our food! This was ridiculous. They forgot about our food and treated us badly too. I'm not sure if the manager was trying to impress the young lady who took out order by being a hard ass but it was rude and disrespectful. We got our money back after all of this and left without our food. They clearly did not want to help us."
