"When I went there I asked for 2 sandwiches n one large fry n 2 of there employees were talking over eachother n right after I found out about the price of my order I knew something was off so I asked for my receipt she didn’t want to give me it before purchasing she didn’t say my order correctly I’m never eating at Wendy’s ever again after this I would rather go somewhere else at this point you guys just lost a customer"

"Ok we went here last night because it was the only thing right by us that was open. Staying in Anchorage by airport for the night before our cruise tomorrow. This place had a ton of mixed reviews. Decided to try it out of convenience. We ordered their 4 for $6 dollars. This included a Jr. Cheeseburger, 4 Chicken Nuggets, Jr. Fries and a drink or small Frosty. Actually our food was pretty good and pretty put together based on some of the reviews. Maybe we got lucky but it wasn’t bad. The restaurant could use some napkins (since they had a roll of paper towels on the counter if you needed a napkin). Also their floor could use a mopping since it seemed slick. I did have a nice young kid that took my order. He seemed surprised that I used words like Please and Thank you. It caught him off guard."

"If you're in the Spenard area this is the only Wendy's near you. The food tastes great, but I have two suggestions that will make your visit even better. 1. Avoid the shift change time between 5-6 PM. If the night shift employees are not on time then you'll have a 5 minute wait until an employee takes your order and a 15 minute wait to get your food. During the shift change the manager is doing inventory, so this also slows things down. 2. Use the Drive Thru. The Drive Thru is the priority over dine-in guests. I noticed one employee had his music playing through his earphones while making the food and packaging it. In my opinion this was the slowest service of all Wendy's restaurants in Anchorage, but the food tasted great."
