"The best oxtail soup I ever have is here! My wife ordered pho with white pork sausage, and she loved it I preferred my soup without noodles, the waiter was kindly offered me the vegetables for substitute. The broth was tasty and my oxtail was cooked very well."

They also make custon drinks such as black tea, pink drink, thai tea etc. All are delicious and a must try with your meal. They also have a nice lunch menu option where you can try two different things. Their curries are very good!"

"The amount of times I’ve drove past Siam Cuisine I’m now kicking myself about it! This is my new go to on the south side of anchorage! As soon as you open the door you can tell it’s a clean, open and comfy place. I love the artwork on the walls. Customer service was one of the best I’ve ever had. Getting seated was quick, and the food came out so quickly I was impressed! We ordered the Brisket Pho (medium), Combo lunch special with pad Thai & yellow chicken curry and the crispy pork belly with basil sauce. Brisket pho is a must try especially if you’re a pho fan like myself! The yellow chicken curry was very flavorful, but I thought the pad Thai was alright. I felt like it was missing something. The Crispy pork belly with basil sauce is going to be the one meal I have to order every time I’m here (no joke!) I saw others complain about the price point here, but honestly the price point is way worth it especially with the serving sizes! All of their meals can easily be split between two people."
