"I was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman. I was seated quickly and my food came out fast. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp and the fresh spring rolls. The spring rolls were the best I’ve ever had. I was a little skeptical about the sauce because I’m used to a traditional peanut sauce for my spring rolls but wow what an amazing complement. Are the pad Thai was very mediocre. The noodles were slightly over cooked. The only thing keeping the pad Thai afloat was the crunch from the bean spouts, it had a good flavor, but nothing to jump about. All around I will return and try other menu items. And I’ll definitely be back for more fresh spring rolls."
"I’ve been coming to Thai Village for years. I find their food superb because it is fresh and well-made. One of the reasons I love their fresh rolls is because of their dipping sauce."
"Greeted right away by a friendly server. She was very nice and patient. The establishment did seem a little dated but was clean and welcoming. I’m very picky about my Pad Thai and I still haven’t found a place here in Anchorage that has blown me away yet. Their Pad Thai is good, nothing extremely extraordinary about it. My little vegan eater enjoyed the vegan version of the Pad Thai. The spring rolls were hot and delicious and they sauce they serve it with is unique and stood out the most to me."
"Nice place for Thai and friendly service! Tom yum soup is spicy and tasty. Corn fritters are okay, green papaya salad is nice and spicy."
"Terrible customer service. False advertising about ounces of dishes you are buying I weighed it since it was more than 3 inches from the top inner fill line of the containers. What they used to sell fed a family of 4 now serves 2 people. Total rip off. Do not patronize them when there are so many more (much better) Thai restaurants in town."
