"We parked in front of the business owners house on the street while visiting friends for approximately 2 hrs. We came back outside and the owner had backed his trailer up to the back of our vehicle and parked his truck touching our front bumper. When we tried to contact the owner by knocking, ringing the doorbell, and calling the phone number on his vehicles, he would not respond and we were forced to call the police. He then ignored 3 police officers knocking on his door and windows. He came out only after the tow truck was hooked up to his truck to tow it away. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE."

"I called Western Montana Patio to schedule an estimate for a patio and as an after thought texted Dirik the day before he was coming to see if he would install vertical blinds that I had ordered for my dining room sliding doors while he was here. He told me that would not be a problem. He did such an awesome job and is such a pleasant person to deal with. He actually tweaked the custom wood valance that was in place so it could still be used for the new blinds. It looks PERFECT and I am very pleased with his work!!! I've decided he is going to be my "go to man" for everything I am unable to do myself. I am so looking forward to having him install my patios.
