"I have been to a lot of Holiday Inn's across America and I was a little unsure when we pulled up but this Holliday inn has been one of the best! The rooms feel a little old when you walk in but it was very clean! The beds were comfortable! The bathroom has an exhaust system so your room doesn't get too humid. The water pressure is worth the price on its own!! Breakfast was top Notch! Lots of options and my picky kids ate more than usual because it was so good. Coffee was great and the staff was Amazing! The gentleman who attended breakfast was on it. Refilling and cleaning the whole time! A big bonus for me they even had a good hot sauce in the packets not the cheap gross kind most Holiday Inns in the states provide. We will definitely stay again the next time we need a place to say while visiting family!"
"The hotel is nicely situated close to the airport and highways. It was in a relatively quiet neighborhood. However, the rooms weren't so quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked how housekeeping isn't a standard expectation unless you need something. You fill out a little card when you want to request certain services. I liked this because no one was knocking on our door. We dealt with very obnoxious neighbors a room over and people pounding their feet in the room above us. The marines were there for part of our stay, so maybe that was part of it. But overall the hotel is nice, rooms were clean and tidy, fridge was available as well. The continental breakfast is included, which was actually quite delicious. Eggs, bacon, or sausage and potatoes were the staples in a variety of different types of each and your standard cereals, yogurt, fruit, and drinks."
"The check in gentleman was very professional and meticulous with the check in process. Great experience there. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved the Dove hygiene dispensers. The shower curtain was missing a snap on the liner though. Breakfast was from 6 am to 20 am. We slept in and went to breakfast at 9:35. We were very disappointed. Coffee tasted old, turkey and pork sausages were not in a heated dish so it presented a food poisoning issue. The pancake maker was empty and the breakfast room attendant refused to fill it up until I told her there was a line of guests waiting to make sun. She gave me a couple of dirty looks and made the mix. My husband doesn’t eat eggs so we ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast. I asked to speak to the manager. Sione, very nice and professional young man, informed me that Nicole had left due to an emergency and wouldn’t be back till Monday. He asked for my contact information and said she would contact me to adjust my bill. I never got a call so I called and was informed that Nicole wasn’t coming in for a week. I asked for a supervisor or another manager but was told there weren’t any available. When I persisted that I wanted to speak to someone, they said to call their sister property and ask for the regional manager. I did that and she told me she would call me on Tuesday when she visited the Holiday Inn Express location. I never received a call."
"Great experience all around, staff was friendly and helpful, did have a problem with airport shuttle picking me up from airport resulting in having to pay for a taxi, but staff was commutative and accommodating to me. My room was very clean and so was my bathroom. Down fall was I had a bad heater/ac it was very loud and blew cold air when I turned up the heat had to tweak it a couple of times and the tub facet rain a little bit when taking a shower, no big deal to me. I also love that they use Dove products. Free WiFi and worked great. Breakfast was good, food was hot and plenty to eat, coffee and hot beverages such as tea and hot cocoa are available 24/7."
"Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but probably the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve been in. Front desk personnel were hit or miss as far as courtesy. The guy that check me in was extremely rude. The room had broken tiles in the bathroom, and the floor boards beneath them right at the tub were actually broken and begin in to cave. I brought it up to the front desk and they seemed fairly unconcerned, even though this was a second floor room. The breakfast was a nice to have, but was generally unattended, so if something ran out at 0630, that was it. They offered coffee 24/7, but on two separate occasions I tried it and it was undrinkable and burnt. Edit: Upgraded service rating because the hotel reached out. Hotel said they repaired the floor issue, so that’s a big plus. Coffee being terrible sucked a bit because I worked half the week out of the business center, but hopefully it was just staff growing pains and learning how to brew. A little quality control and manager involvement for this place could hopefully go a long way."
