"Toole apartments have beautiful wood floors and are spacious. Modern appliances that work well. Any issue of maintainence is resolved quickly and my sink and windows were fixed within a day of needing maintainence. Close to campus and the buses come right to the end of the drive. Go slow when driving down cinnabar because of speed bumps and unsupervised children. Fun movie nights for families and holiday events in the community center."

"I live over in the Toole area and it is absolutely wonderful. The apartments are really nice and pretty roomy for the townhouses. We never hear our neighbors. I love that we have a playground right in our backyard for our kids, but sometimes unsupervised kids can be an issue. We've had a couple of maintenance issues, but once I put in a work order with the front desk the issues were resolved within a couple of days. Also I love my community assistant. She always has been super helpful for my family when we need her."
