"Horrifying experience, where i turned in my car on Thursday, picked it up Sunday, and the entire drivers side is 'keyed', down to the metal and through the paint. An absolute never-event. The staff were helpful, confirmed that the scratches weren't there on drop off with their photographs, and told me they would take care of all damages and repairs. Will post an update once that is all taken care of."

"This place will break your retractable mirrors and try to get out of it. I dropped my brothers truck off with them and then it gets picked up all broken . Mirror is damaged and they will not take responsibility for breaking it. Blamed it on me. I’m a professional driver for over 30 years and never damaged a vehicle."

"Get to the airport and the parking garage is closed down. Head to Alaska Park and they ask the day of return and I said next Sunday. They said 12th or 19th. I said 12 the. She said thats not next Sunday. Today is Monday. I asked are we really going to argue this 4 hours ago it was Sunday. Another employee picked up my bag and took it to the bus while we continued checking in. Went to the bus to board and they took off with my bag with out me. Had to wait for another bus to take me to airport to get my bag After leaving parking ride I asked how much per day and she said $17.49 per day. Up $7.00 dollars. Seems like they want to fleece Alaska residents because Airport parking garage is closed down. Nearby competitors are cheaper. Check before going to airport."

"I park here a lot, only disappointing part is the never ending battle to get my reward points after parking there and the occasional non working app. Otherwise the drivers are good. The majority of the staff is very nice and I’ve never found damage to my vehicle."
