Jiffy Lube

"We took our Ram 1500 in for complete oil and differential fluid change out. A few weeks later the truck started to make a howling noise from the front and rear. Inspection for 0 fluid in the rear differential, so I put two quarts it and drove it back to their shop. They pulled it in and said the front was “low” so they and more fluid. NO PAPER WORK ON THIS. So I have tried to get the manager to call me twice this week. They have failed to do anything. This our only form of transportation so I guess we S.O.L. I will try to call a third time and see if we can get them to step up to the plate and do the right thing, at this point I don’t they will do anything. Oh yes I don’t have the 4-6k it will take to repair the differentials. Not happy."

"They are always kind and quick here! We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for oil change or fluid too off, headlights or taillights etc. We had Jordan help this time. Everyone was super awesome. You guys rock! We appreciate you!"

"Excellent service. Had an oil change done at Kendall Ford. The car leaked like crazy after. Jiffy Lube guys did a great job and took photos showing the oil filter not even hand tight from Kendall. These guys cleaned up Kendall’s mess and sent me on my way. Amazing guys there! Highly recommend the Jiffy Lube team."

"I went to the Jiffy Lube by Costco on 8/18/23, to flush the transmission and radiator fluids. They tracked oil onto the bottom of the door opening (driver's side), the floor mat, and even the carpet on the driver's side. When I immediately approached a man in the closest bay asking for paper towels to clean up the oil mess, he couldn't have been less interested in investigating the problem or helping. I give them two stars for doing the job (I hope) and a minus five stars for the oily mess they left in my vehicle! Big thumbs down."

"I paid for a synthetic oil change and my truck was returned to me bone dry. They drained the oil but failed to do put any oil in it. They at least swapped the filter but the oil change was indeed "synthetic." It's a good thing I caught it immediately and didn't drive away. I brought it to their attention and it was eventually made right. They gave me a refund and a voucher for a free oil change in the future. I don't think I'll risk it."
