"We rented ebikes and had a great Sunday-Funday! The store owner, Jon, was super helpful in assisting us with selecting the right type of bike which are in great condition and seemed to be newer. I even tested out the max speed to see what it could do near a straight part of the trail. So exciting! The battery lasted much longer than I thought it would. I would say you can get a full days worth of fun out of the single charge. He also showed us how to make the most of our ride by offering some suggestions for exploring since we are new to the area. "I had an amazing experience renting e-bikes from Black Tie Adventure Rentals of Whitefish. My wife and I were in town, filled with excitement to explore. Neither of us had ridden e-bikes before, but after looking at the map, we thought it would be an excellent way to see the town and its surrounding attractions all in one day. We decided to call up Black Tie, and Jon promptly answered the phone, kindly assisting us with our questions about the e-bikes. When he arrived to deliver our bikes, he even provided us with a demo. Jon advised us not to always stay in the fastest gear (gear 3) to preserve the battery, as it might last only around 2 hours. Following his advice, we set off for our adventure. We had a fantastic day cruising from City Beach to Les Mason State Park and Hugh Rogers Wag Park. It truly was a perfect way to explore Whitefish, and we owe it all to Black Tie for their exceptional service. I highly recommend their e-bikes and outstanding customer service to anyone, any day!"

"I highly recommend Black Tie rentals. Spur of the moment last Sunday we decided to rent a double kayak and a paddle board for a half a day and called around. Black Tie answered right away, they had reasonable prices AND THEY DELIVER / PICK UP. Within 25 minutes Jon was at our beach unloading the equipment and several vests for all of us. The equipment is brand new and in great condition. We enjoyed several hours of lake activities and Jon came to pick up after we were done. We are very happy and will rent again when we return to the area."
