"Worst. Customer. Service. It pains me to drag local business, but I just had the worst customer service interaction I’ve had in my 5 years here. There’s reviews out there about the rude man (assuming owner) but I didn’t think it could be that bad. I always have interacted with a lady that is very friendly. Not today. They had a ski package labeled ”with skins” but then told me the skins were missing. So I did some online digging on pricing and asked if they had wiggle room on the price since it does not actually have skins and was clearly priced with skins. The man told me “maybe I should buy them online then”, and when I asked “who priced them with skins”? He said ”I can’t remember” and slapped a new tag on in front of my face. When I told him this was the rudest interaction I have had in Whitefish he told me he was “giving me back some of my own medicine.” Honestly just a little stunned. Highly recommend NOT giving them your business."
