Highly recommend working with him! We bought a Matrix and it was delivered a few weeks later. Everything went very smoothly. "I purchased a used recumbent bike that was missing an end cap on the handle. I paid $575 for the bike and delivery. Now they want to charge me $1.79 for the part and $23.81shipping and I would have to install it. The delivery and initial customer service in the store was good, but not impressed with having to pay for a missing part. ***Update. Talk about disappointed. I had to wait for a week for the bike to be transported from another store. It was only then that I learned the cap was missing. I was shown a website where it could be ordered from and told that the price of the product would be less than the price of shipping. I assumed Better Body Fitness would provide the missing part. I never asked for this bike to be brought to the level of brand new. I just contacted the manufacturer and ordered the part. The part was still $1.79, but the manufacturer only charged $10 shipping, so Better Body Fitness tried to add $13.81 to my shipping charges. Apparently they did not think they made enough money on the sale of the bike and the $175 they charged for a 20-minute delivery."
