Reviews of Creekside Apartments
"This is Catherine, formerly in E203. This past year, the new Property Manager/Tori, Nina, Jeff, and Josh, made a tremendous difference in the best possible ways. When I moved in, there was all manner of chaos. Jeff had so much to do without good help and he goes nonstop like an Energizer Bunny! I have rented much of the past 44 years, and never saw so much good change occur so fast. Bless Tori and Nina especially for their patience with me after a car accident, losing my oldest son, a neighbor's noisy dog and child playing music too loud, amidst adverse effects of medication changes all while trying to keep so many appointments my head was constantly spinning. And Jeff again, for adding grab bars in the bathroom so quickly after the car accident. During the worst of bad days, Tori and Nina listened to me and worked things out professionally. No doubt many people are struggling, and no doubt they are treated equally well. I need to add that Jeff is by far the best, most helpful, maintenance person compared to those in all the places I've lived. And Josh was ever helpful and always pleasant. And the new lady whose name I forgot to ask, was also kind and helpful. Someone at Tamarack Properties made an excellent choice in choosing the current management at Creekside. With the upcoming renovations, I expect Creekside Apartments will be quite sought after and deservingly so should Tamarack Properties keep current management staff. It takes time for good change to reflect in reviews. So if you are reading this, and you choose to be a considerate resident, you'll have the best apartment management staff I've ever met helping you meet the challenges of apartment living. I wish the best of holidays to you all, Tori, Nina, Jeff, Josh, and the new lady whose name I forgot to ask. Each of you are the best and you each deserve the best "
"I've lived here since 2017. There has been some special times involving the police, but that's par for a apartment complex. Management is helpful, reminders help speed things up, patients is very important. I feel safe here as long as I pay attention to keeping my apartment secure."
"Refused to awnser questions about past mold issues being completely fixed. Admitted all roofs need replaced and have issues. Admitted they do "patch work" to fix mold issues but not permanent fixes. Trys to hint that it is fixed and say they follow rentals laws that it is safe to live in...yet when asking if it has no mold they tell you a story about being even if your homeless least you have a bathroom, avoiding awnsering. They consider it disrespect to ask for a straight awnser politely and to tell, them you are not paying rent for a bathroom with black mold. They act like it is a kindness to have a bathroom in a sick home. They claimed was disrespectful when kind and polite. They claimed I was angry and apologized for it when I was not nor did any thing to speak or act angry or aggressive to them. When explaing to them I know how section 8 works better then them and asked them if they got the paperwork and fax and would please awnser questions they banned me from being a future renter after they worked hard to get me a place. If you do not mind misconception and people who hope you do not know tenants law this is the place for you. If you like several email and message with out straight awnsers and people who have no real experience knowing what being disrespected is while claiming you are to them rent here.I have several emails to prove it. They dicrimated against disabled people and like faith busting vampires for people who have lost hope for a good home. They will sweetly kill you with false sweetness. I can tell you. Montana's small town people use to never tolerate badmangers or owner who have these type of slum lords. So fake.If they took off the roof and tore out all the installation I bet your find many peole with health issues and the reason why. I have seen land lords like this before. If there was no issues they would have awnsered, be proud how it was fixed not play head games and bother our income verification source for paper work when we tell them nothing changes."
"I have lived here five years. Upgrades haven't been done. They are understaffed with maintenance crew. They have so many places that need work. The neighbors are questionable with late night activities. Had issues with neighbors bringing in child molesters. No parking. Parking across the street is safest. My car used to be messed with and broken in all the time. As far as the condition of the apartments....I can only speak for mine. I haven't had issues, but I also know how to fix any problems. Most issues I have had was with surrounding neighbors and the cops showing up all the time."
"The office staff leave the office around an hour early most days, requiring me to come home from work during my lunch break if I need them for anything or wish to pick up my mail/packages. Parking situation is a joke, they have a "visitor" parking section that all of the residents fight over spots in, expect to be towed quickly if you park anywhere other than your one and only assigned spot. Most people with more than 1 vehicle end up parking along-side the highway in what seems to be a very accident prone area. However in my 1 year tenancy I have had my car keyed twice, taillights smashed/broken twice, had my car broken into, and more door dings than I can count... Parking on the highway might just be the safest option."
