"Although my ophthalmologist was supposed to order eye drops locally, I discovered too late that OSRX would be supplier. Had nasty phone conversation with pharmacist at OSRX. Rude, dismissive and even suggesting that I return OSRX and buy wherever I wanted. I inquired by email if I need to refrigerate. I did eventually find in the accompanying papers that it is NOT to be refrigerated. This experience was very disappointing. I feel used and treated like common trash. I wish my ophthalmologist were more careful to order locally per my instruction. VERY nasty and unimpressive service. Shame on you"

"They never contacted me as I was told they would. However, once I called, my drops were delivered very quickly. I was not able to place an online order for a refill / bottle for the second eye since the prescription was written with refills for the first eye and I was not yet eligible for a refill. Once again, I called and it was handled for me quickly and I received the second bottle in just a couple of days."
