"Very cold reception most days, as a previous employee I know what I should be expecting for customer service and shopping as a customer I feel uncomfortable and looked down on. Unacceptable! There have been a few employees that are bright and warm and I try to only shop when they are on shift. Asia being one of the few I know the names of, she has been very kind and helpful! I miss the old Claire’s."
"Took the granddaughter in to get her ears pierced today. We were greeted by Asia, and she was nothing but amazing! She was professional and patient. She was the only one working and she did an exceptional job managing her time."
"I like the fun earring selection as I work with kids and they love the fun earrings. However, the young gal working had her boyfriend and her mom in the store. Didn’t bother to greet me or hardly even speak to me at the register. She just stood there with her boyfriend and mom, talking to them. Not a great experience. And my experience at Icing wasn’t much better. What happened??"
