"Five Star has been managing my rental home in Bigfork for over 8 years. I can't say enough about them. They go above and beyond what is expected from a property management company. We never had any problems with tenants or rent collection, which is unheard of. The accounting, and reporting was onetime and thorough for 8 years. They did an exceptional job of finding the just the right tenants for our in-town home. I recommend them without any reservations. If there were 10 star ratings, I give them that!"

Their property management rates are slightly higher than average but I think it was worth it. They were sure to do regular/timely maintenance of the furnace ahead of winter; as well as landscape upkeep. I would highly recommending using Five Star as a landlord or tenant. They're consummate professions and won't let you down."

"Jill and the crew at Five Star are truly top notch. When we moved to Montana in 2011, we had very little time to find a rental. Jill showed us everything that met our criteria in one day and we had keys that afternoon. When we needed a few minor repairs done to make the home more winter-friendly, she had the work scheduled the same day. When it was time to move out, she even loaned us a weed-eater since ours was still in storage in Oregon.
