"What a lovely hotel! Excellent customer service, great live music, free cocktail tokens, clean hot tub, nice sauna, beautiful ambiance, free shuttle, close to the mountain and town! We had a corner room that looked out on the mountain. They are dog friendly with no extra charges which was wonderful! Bria checked us in and was friendly and fast. All around an excellent experience!!! I am looking forward to returning here in the future."

"We loved our stay here. Fantastic rooms, great location, loved the pool, sauna and hot tub! We had dinner here and it was absolutely amazing. Drinks were divine too. But I can’t get over how fantastic the service was. Most places here in the valley have pretty bad customer service but that is not the case here. From the moment we checked until the moment we checked out they were so helpful and courteous. Jen at the front desk needs a raise! She is 10/10!! We will definitely be staying again"

"Not only is Grouse Mountain Lodge a beautiful play place to stay and make sure you enjoy dinner too. The staff at the lodge exemplifies honesty and great customer service. My mom and I recently enjoyed a nights stay and left behind something of great value. Not only was it recovered and safely put away, they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure it was returned to us promptly. When I visit Whitefish, I will stay nowhere else! Bonus...they are pet friendly."
