"I was in there today to buy shoes. I have wide feet so was just browsing at first. The lady working, blonde and glasses was very rude. I was wearing a blue bandana with starts on it. She was with other customers and had not seen me yet so that was fine. But then she literally walked right by me and said nothing. Other people walk in she leaves the register to say hello and ask if they need help. Walks past me again nothing. She see me looking for shoes. Not ONCE did she even speak to me. Even though she went around the store and SPOKE to everyone and ask if they needed help including my husband. She completely ignored me. Uncalled for. Never going back. Should be made to feel welcome. Not like a piece if garage"

"Most horrible experience ever. Took my almost 2 year old grandson to get new shoes and the lady was very rude. I left crying. Told me that a 2 year old should be in a size 8 by now not a size 5, along with other rude comments. Made me feel like something was wrong with him. I left and went to Scheels and they were amazing! Gave great customer service and made us feel welcomed. I'll make sure to tell everyone about this horrible experience. My grandson is in perfect health and is normal for his age. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes for him. Well worth it. Lady should find another job."

"Arrived as they opened the store. Easier for me since I had my kids. The store manager was very helpful. So friendly, I can't say enough good words. Worked 20 years in the store and it shows. Thank you for your assistance today. Not only did you help with my kids but also for myself and husband."

"No service. I wandered around the empty store for 20 minutes lost looking for something specific. Made eye contact several times and still no one helped me or even said hello. The two girls working were huddled together complaining about how their manager never works enough hours, and she better do inventory and if she doesn't like it oh well blah blah blah. Ugh. Come on ladies, dont ignore customers and bash the boss. Did I want help finding shoes so I could get out of there and to my doc appt? Yes. Did I want to be ignored while I was your captive audience to your gossip session? Noooooooooo. If u hate your manager so much, why don't u find another place to work? Meanwhile, I'll go back to shopping exclusively at Amazon since I had to find everything myself anyway. If my feet didn't hurt so bad leaving me needing emergency shoes, I would have walked out no doubt about it. I HATE hearing other people whine and complain when I'm spending money at their business, but I hate being mistreated while they do it even more"
