"They are not like they used to be and I will not consign ever again. They kept my consignment sales money after repeatedly telling me nothing had sold, in a short span of one month. I finally went in 2 months later, then excuse after excuse, they probably did not qualify to sell, I said the shoulder bags were like new, and then, the other lady probably couldn't locate the sales under my account, really! They never had a problem in the past it was easy to locate on my account, and finally, the money was used for maintenance fees of my account, without bothering to tell me how much I had earned, why so secretive? I wish I would have given them away, I will next time. They continued to tell me that none of my items sold, and furthermore came up with numerous excuses!"

"I was very excited to see we had a store like this in Libby, HOWEVER, my experience was such that I will not support them in the future. I took >20 articles of clean, good quality clothing to them. I had only about 10 items sold, and no clothing to pick up at the end of the 90 day period of consignment. I got a total of $11.00 and was told that the rest of my items "did not make it through the sort." They decide amongst themselves what to sell; the rest "gets tossed" or is given away. Had I known that, and realized how little my profit would be, I would have given away ALL of my clothing to a cause I support. It was not worth the time involved to go through this process."
