"Dr. Szekely and staff have always been kind to me. Level headed, listened to me. They remember me, and are a great blend of relaxed/casual and professional. I can be a bit of a hypochondriac sometimes, but Dr. Szekely has always been patient with me and never made me feel like an idiot. Glad to call these folks my healthcare providers."
"Went to see Dr Sheehan yesterday because I have symptoms of a sinus infection. I discussed this in detail with the nurse, she asked if I COVID tested, I said I had a negative 2 days ago and that I felt this was probably a sinus issue with all the green and yellow snot I have. 45 minutes after my appointment time Sheehan walks in and says ‘what am I seeing you for?’ As if the nurse hasn’t just spent 5 minutes with me taking notes. I said ‘well, I might have a cold or I might have a sinus infection’. I’m conditioned to NOT tell the doctor I have an infection…that’s the quickest way NOT to get antibiotics and get tx started. He stormed out of the room where he blew up at his staff and told them to stop putting ‘these people with colds in his rooms without COVID testing them’ before he sees them. He was so upset…then I got uncomfortable. Like what if I’d had COVID? Would he have refused to see me due to his paranoia?? We were both masked and I’m sure he’s vaccinated. And I’m vaccinated, does that not help us? Then he went into another room where I heard him say ‘well sir, you have COVID!’ Still flustered. That’s when I left. Since COVID you cannot have a sinus infection…which I tend to get about once a year. On my way out his staff agreed with me. You can’t have a normal illness anymore and they’re freaked out about COVID right now one employee said. I’ve completely lost confidence in this practice. This time it’s a sinus infection but next time it could be something that he feels puts his health at risk such as COVID or leprosy. Will I be turned away? Or made to feel like I’m wasting his time or unworthy of care? No. Because I’ll go elsewhere. You might think about doing the same. We pay high prices for care. We deserve better."
"Dr Sheehan is extremely rude. All he cares about is COVID paranoia. He has treated all the women in my family poorly. Do NOT recommend. Go see someone at CMC Internal Med instead."
"Hands down the worst doctor visit ever! I have experience with doctors and from the reception to the nurse to the doctor, it was horrible and sad that they are so behind. Don’t get me wrong, I love St Pats!"
