"Made and appointment a month and a half ago as a new patient because my insurance changed. Set up an appointment and reconfirmed the date with the receptionist twice. Today, the day of my appointment I call to reconfirm. The receptionist said they didn't have and appointment, nor do they knew who I was. Wow. I've been without blood meds for almost two months trying to get a new doctor. Then I spin my wheels for a month and a half only for them to say there's no appointment. Meanwhile I'm without BP meds and have to find a new doc. This isn't professional at all and I will be filling a complaint with her practice. What ever happened to the Hypocrite oath? Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot this is the Bitteroot."
