"I manage my bills through My Chart and have managed my children's bills through My Chart. Now that the kids are over 11 years old I am denied access to any of their information but still responsible for their bills. The receptionists told me when I called they were unable to get my insurance to pay for my child's visit and that they would mail me a bill. This was after we were in the office they told me they were able to add my insurance to his file and everything went through fine. Then I asked if I could use My Chart to pay his bills and they told me no because he is 14 but I might be able to get proxy access if I contacted My Chart helpline. I called My Chart helpline and they told me they cannot do anything without an activation code from his physician. Okay, I'll get an activation code when I walk into the office to pick up his immunization records. They said I had to sign an ROI so they could not mail them. I go into the office to pick up his immunizations, didn't have to sign anything, and asked for the activation code. Brooke told me she would send an activation link in an email. I stood there waiting for the email to come through and to no surprise it wasn't coming through. I told her it wasn't coming through and she told me to look in my Spam folder. Wasnt there either. She then said it could take a few hours. Here we are 24 hours later and no activation code. Brooke blatantly lied to me to get me to leave. I have no faith I will get my children's bills mailed or emailed to me like they say they will because they clearly do not want me to have access to anything related to my children. When the bills are not paid because I do not have any access to them it will be my credit that is ruined. I'm not sure if it is a state law, federal law or just Grant Creek Family's policy to keep 11-18 year old children's information from the parents but some kind of access is absolutely necessary. The endless misinformation from my insurance being accepted then not accepted, to the My Chart run around, to the situation where I had to go into the office in person to get the immunizations because I had to sign paperwork then actually didn't need to sign anything, shows this place is in desperate need of an overhaul on their management and training so their customers get accurate information and the staff is confident enough so they don't need to resort to lying."
"Absolutely terrible experience. Such a waste of time and money. I was told they would give IVs for hydration if needed, so after battling a stomach flu all day and being completely dehydrated I went in. Note I haven’t been able to keep any water down at all today. The only thing the doctor could do is give me an anti-nausea pill. Clearly their communication is so poor— the front desk isn’t communicating with the other staff. I was literally laying in the room crying bc I was in so much pain and they failed to provide necessary treatment. Do not waste your time."
"Have had both negative and positive experiences here. Drastically differs depending on the available provider. Today my experience went really well. Quickly seen. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Left feeling much better!"
"Got there at 1:45 for a 1:40 appointment. No one was even at the window to check people in. I got in line behind another lady, and we waited for the front desk person to get back. I got to the window to check in at 1:48. The girl enforced their 5 minute late policy, and turned me away. I am not kidding. I had already mailed in all the new patient paperwork ahead of time. Unbelievable."
"Will not help when you call. Front end staff are rude. The Nurses are no help over the phone or in person. And if you try to get your records from them it takes weeks if they even get sent. I had to fight tooth and nail to get mine once I moved. I would choose another place to see a doctor."
