"This is not a smear campaign, it's simply to help save other people's lives, there is nothing about rehab here, they dont even have any skilled staff. this is the most filthiest place I have ever seen in my 10 years of being a Healthcare administrator. Staff has no compassion or dignity at all. It's so heartbreaking. They starved out my father and absolutely no liquids for 3 days, I begged, they said there hands are tied until Dr, gets back from vacation. Well they killed him. They are extremely lazy and will not even do their job, place is full of scabs and dog hair and food crumbs up and down the hallways. It hadn't been swept in atleast 5 to 6 weeks. If you love your family, do not let them get taken here. It's all about money. They threw him in a room and walked out. Refused to change him, left him laying on his own fecal. . BEWARE!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN."
"I didn't realize that the director of the Libby Care center was a self-motivated guidance counselor I think the elementary kids on the school bus can do a better job than that this lady will listen to one side of the story and she'll run with it she's a joke"
"My grandmother was sorely mistreated here. She came to do physical therapy rehab on a hip surgery and didn't start anything until 2 or 3 weeks into her stay and only when pressed by her daughter's. Her shared bathroom was not handicapped accessible and because of this, she was made to use a commode that was in the middle of her patient room. She would wait for upwards of an hr for help. They went through her stuff when she was admitted (said it was policy) and took 150$ from her wallet and put it in a "trust account" and now say there never was money. They only got her included in activities when pressed by her daughters. They put her to bed at 6pm on a night they knew we would be contacting her on FaceTime to include her in a special family event. There is no staff manning the front desk on weekends and they allow anyone to just walk in and out without checking who they are. She developed double lung pneumonia and was admitted through the ER elsewhere and we also just found out they lost the mask part of her CPap machine and that she had gone without it for 3 days where they just put her on oxygen instead of contacting anyone for a replacement part and when asked why they haven't contacted anyone, they made excuses and wouldn't take responsibility. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down."
"I accepted admission to Libby Care Center of Cascadia in fall of 2020. Physical Therapy was my mission and that staff was upbeat, caring and prompt. Administration and nursing were slightly less than perfect with the usual routine of extremely helpful to less than agreeable. Some folks are far more oriented to service than the few who are simply not. Programs were designed to broaden a residents and boarders daily living, but Covid19 made former in place activities quite difficult. Bingo, snacks, treats, rounds by staff and special programs all benefited my stay at the facility. Cleanliness and food were again, slightly less than perfect, but all acceptable. Rules and Regulations were somewhat confining, for example bathing only twice a week per patient. A few of the patient care and program staff were real jewels! Thank YOU to them."
"When a patient tells you to stop, because you are hurting them, then you STOP! My sister is having an unnecessary surgery because her aide caused her harm, and her leg is broken. We want better care than she was given. I hope the facility takes care of this issue."
