"I have a sick male cat who I'm really worried about. He is only 3 years old and he's suddenly very lethargic. I took him in to see if they could take a look at him. The rude receptionist acted like I was inconveniencing her because I happened to come in while she was chatting with someone about how different companies were fighting over her son. She asked who had seen my cat before. I told her Bonners Ferry because I couldn't get him fixed in Libby. I have 3 other female cats who couldn't be fixed in Libby so I assumed my male couldnt either. Instead of showing any concern, she sure corrected me and said neutering can be done there. As he's already neutered, I changed the subject back to my cat. She started violently thumbing through the schedule book while complaining the doctor doesn't like to steal patients from other vet clinics. I was trying to give some money to a local office and not make my cat suffer for a long ride to a different state, but apparently getting him neutered at the same place my other cats had to go and walking in while she's chatting with a friend means my cat doesn't deserve care. ***Update, after rushing my cat to a different state, we found out he would have died without treatment today. This receptionist should be ashamed of her self."
"My dog Scully was diagnosed with diabetes. Unfortunately it was too advanced and Doc was unable to save her. I chose to put her to sleep than make her suffer further. I've been going to Dr. Griffith since 1984. I think he's is very kind and loving . He also explains things throughly which aids in a making an informed decision. Thanks so much Doc!!"
"Our vet for years. Doc has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. When we lost a beloved dog, they were so kind--even sent a card. He's realistic about high costs and offers alternatives when practical and/or possible. He is a soft spoken person and, with years of experience, has learned to make very tough calls. We trust him. I recommend his clinic."
"I'm new to the area and heard very good things about Treasure Valley Veterinary. I brought my kitty in for her annual checkup and vaccinations. The staff were super busy but quite efficient and pleasant. The doctor is definitely a cat person and patiently took time to answer a long list of questions I had. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Veterinary."
"Found a cat living in a culvert under the road by our driveway. She is beautiful, and loving but no collar and no chip so we don't know her story. The vet said she was 4 years old and had been spayed. We love her and call her Patches."
