"My daughter went to the ER very sick. They put her in a room with no hospital bed, when asked for a room with a bed they ignored our request, which she ended up laying on the FLOOR. Strep test came back negative, no lab test was run and they sent her home with Zofran. She returned (I was out of state) the next day with a terrible sore throat. Dr. Silk was beyond rude to her and took advantage of her knowledge as she was without a parent. She was only presenting symptoms of strep throat, instead of running another test they performed a SPINAL TAP on my child. This was procedure was done to scam my insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, go to Anaconda hospital if you want good honest care. This place is joke and should not be operating to the public."

"The ER was more worried about getting me out of the ER than treating me. I was not treated at the ER for a life threatening condition! My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. The ER nurse expect me to fix their pharmacy mistake. Which delayed my treatment. A second visit at this ER the next day ended in a third ER visit less that 24 hours in the middle of the night to the Boseman ER. The Boseman ER treated me in the ER and gave me a treatment plan for home which ended in a successful result for my condition."

"This facility deserves nothing less than being completely shut down and demolished. The staff on Labor Day 2018 should all have their licenses revoked, and should never be allowed to practice medicine anywhere in the western world. You should all be ashamed of yourselves."

"No one likes being in the hospital. The staff here is beyond amazing though! They all took turns helping Missy Dog out and making sure she was walked and fed while I was out of it. The staff here are like family. I have never witnessed anything like it."

"They treated me very professionally, the doctors that took care of me were top notch. And I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you to all who took care of me at St James hospital they explained everything very thoroughly about how the test was going to go and what to expect. The doctor that injected the die into my shoulder told me that the needle would hit the bone and I may feel it, but they numb me up so good that I didn't feel anything except for when they were injecting the dye into my shoulder I could feel some pressure there. And when I went to get my MRI they were very kind and treated me with a lot of respect kindness and caring. Very personable people and they make you comfortable during the test, before the test, and even after the test. My experience was very good during my MRI and the prep for the MRI."
