Bubble Bath Pet Grooming

"At $125, this spot is very expensive and only take cash. I really wish the rates were posted somewhere as it is very misleading when normal rates elsewhere are half the price. When I asked what the rates were, I was told they would be texted to me and it wasn’t until after the grooming was completed that I was told it was $125! Overall, good haircut but I will be going elsewhere next time due to the lack of transparency and high costs."

"DeAnna was absolutely fantastic with my schnauzer Jax. We started with DeAnna in 2018 when we moved to Missoula and continued with her until my schnauzer passed away a few weeks ago. Jax was always excited to visit DeAnna, she treated him as if he was her dog. We will miss our visits. ❤️"

"Mickey loved his bath and grooming day at Bubble Bath. When he got home he had a clean bed and his newest bandanna from bubble bath. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Mickey this week. We would like to thank Bubble Bath so much for for all the care they took with Mickey over the years. The negative comments here do not accurately reflect the care they take with our pets. I would not hesitate to recommend Bubble bath to groom your pet."

"My sweet Sven got his summer ‘do this week. I cannot begin to tell you how great he looks and how seamless the process was. I’m a real crazy person when it comes to leaving my dog anywhere without me, but Renee delivered. She also fit me in within a week. I’m very impressed."

"Horrific experience and would not recommend for several reasons. After explicitly stating that they cannot shave our dogs as it will permanently damage their coat and rudely responding that they've "dealt with that before and know how it works", they proceeded to shave one of their underbellies from his hind legs to the base of his neck. Shaving double-coated dogs can be a huge problem for their health and causes issues with temperature regulation in the winter but more importantly in the hot summer months. Not only is the coat on his underbelly completely ruined permanently, he is incredibly uncomfortable because of it and will likely continue to be uncomfortable in this heat and as we move into winter months. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a groomer, especially after it was expressly requested that they do not do that. We have had groomers discuss hard-to-brush mats in their coats before, but NEVER in 5+ years have we had anyone take the liberty of shaving them. Our dogs were mistreated in front of my wife when picking them up, and I question their treatment when she was not around as they were abnormally skittish when I returned home. Anyone who knows them will tell you that they are high energy, fun loving dogs that shower anyone with love when they enter a room. Today when I got home they flinched when I went to pet them. Something is off there. Finally, after all of that the customer service was horrible, with my wife being treated poorly in the process. Both when she picked up the dogs, and when she called after she realized one of them had been shaved there was absolutely no acknowledgement of any wrong doing. We only brought our dogs here because our normal groomer was booked for a while, but we will NEVER return and will strongly advocate for others to avoid booking here."
