After having a negative experience with our plumber, we went into hiring a remediation company feeling a little less than positive. Paul was at my house within 15 minutes after my initial phone call was placed. He assessed the damage, made recommendations and communicated with my husband and I every step of the way. Anytime we would call, he would answer. He made sure his crew was respecting our wishes (which they absolutely did), taking pictures for us throughout the day and always gave us a plan for the following day.
