"I drove from Pierce, ID (almost 5 hours) to have these wonderful folks cremate my parrot. The morning I discovered him dead, I googled pet cremation. I left messages at several spots asking for more information. Stacy at Bitterroot returned my call promptly and was wonderfully patient with my blubbering. The drive was beautiful, and the price was right. Highly recommend. Great folks."

"Stacy has worked with our pets at our vet's office for over two decades and she has always been a favorite. So when our 15 year old kitty "Tazzy Mae" passed away recently we were so grateful to have her to help us with the final duties. She helped us last fall with our dog 14 year old "Casey" too. Stacy is very professional, caring, and compassionate. For many years we buried our animals in a nice spot in our yard but it was very difficult and weather dependent. We are grateful that Stacy and John have provided us with this alternative. It is worth every penny of the small cost to have it taken care of for us. We are lucky to have them in our community. Thank you!"
