"I have shopped here for 2 years while doing a remodeling project. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Recently, I had an experience that lost my loyalty to this store. I was given two cans of paint that were frozen. When I called to ask to return on the same day of purchase, I was told by the manager this is not their problem. When my husband went into the store, this same manager was talking about us to another co-worker. And had the balls to then say "speak of the devil" when he noticed my husband in the store. I have worked with the public my entire life, and could never imagine being this unprofessional."

My only gripe is the nut and bolt stock. I usually find myself grabbing the last of something. They rarely have a box of the nut or bolt type behind their bulk section."
