"UNETHICAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY A med nurse NINA MORALES was ILLEGALLY SHARING MY INFORMATION WITH AN EMERGENCY CONTACT THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTING BENEFITS ON MY BEHALF THANKFULLY BRIDGETTE ROWE CAUGHT THIS UNFORTUNATELY everyone else in that office worked against me and never updated my newly discovered Adult Survivor of Child abuse and brain trauma that hasn't been updated in 23 years PLUS MY OTHER DISABILTIES OF LOW VISION AND ADHD DIAGNOSED IN ELEMENTRY SCHOOL BRIDGETTE ROWE WAS GIVEN ALL MY PERMISSIONS to open and look for records on my behalf and saved my life This practice is NOT OKAY I belive the whole entire staff in Missoula tried to HAVE ME COMMITED IM SANE JUST HAVE ADHD PTSD ANXIETY AND SOMETHING CALLED DISSOCIATIVE AMENDIA WHICH BRIDGETTE MY ANGEL SNAPPED ME OUT OF WITH MEMORY RECALL AND THEN I WAS LIED TO BY NINA SAYING IT WAS MY OWN REAPONSINILTY TO GET MY OWN REFFERAL TO PHSYCIATRIST After she did this I told her I would not need her services anymore and that I would seek help for medication else where since all she did was try and give me benadryl and other medications s that didn't work for my anxiety That is the day o was harassed by her assistant and got 10 vapls in one hour maybe I know it was a bunch tying to like question my sanity and take a way my rights IM NOT SURE ALL OF WHATS GOING ON SINCE I CAN ONLY SPEAK MY TRUTH BUT AFTER BRIDGETTE FOUND THIS I WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO HER THEN A MONTH LATER LIKE TO TRY AND FIND ME BECAUSE I WAS ESCAPING AN ABUSER AND STALKER DAWN OUT OF THE BLUE THE COULD START SCHEDULING ME AGAIN"

"Unethical Billing Practices I am deeply disappointed with the billing practices of this children's mental health provider. While the quality of care may be satisfactory, I cannot overlook the blatant overcharging for services. I recently discovered that they are charging patients for services outside of what insurance allows, leaving families with unexpected financial burdens. This unethical behavior undermines the trust we place in healthcare providers to prioritize the well-being of their patients. I urge potential clients to thoroughly review their billing statements and question any charges that seem excessive. It's disheartening to see a service dedicated to children's mental health resorting to such questionable financial practices. I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify this issue and regain the trust of the community, as all phone calls, emails, and in person visit attempts to rectify the situation have been meet with blatant disrespect and lies. Families seeking mental health support should not have to worry about being taken advantage of financially in already challenging times."

"In one word: NEGLECT Karisma Rufe is incapable of coordinating a functioning environment. She doesn’t listen, she’s condescending, and follow up questions are met with ridicule and threats. The one star is for the one receptionist at another door who listened and thus solved the conundrum in 3 minutes! 10 minutes later a PACT member arrived to do what needed done. Why is Karisma even there unless to send people INTO crisis. In addition, she modeled her bizarre behavior in front of her receptionist"

"The PACT Team is a mess. I went in to get help and the person who Leads PACT was immediately annoyed by me … when I needed help. I don’t see anyone actually working or helping. They will purposely try to upset you just to get you to leave. If you need help for your mental health please source REAL professionals"

"A company that profits upon the misfortune of others under the vail of "public service." Just a shell to line the pockets of politics. I'd be ashamed to contribute to the problems and recidivism of society, but the workers here seem to enjoy it. Just evil."
