Fireplace Center of Kalispell

"Tried for months to get these guys to order a part for me from one of the manufacturers for which they are a dealer. I even worked with the manufacturer directly to find the specific part number I needed. Still no response to any emails and I can never get anyone to pick up the phone. Had to work with a dealer all the way in Missoula and finally got the part ordered."

"After working for this establishment for 11 years as a on call do all employee I left due to mismanagement. The owner Renzy in my opinion is great at some things but very bad at others. He struggles at managing his warehouse and his employees. I spent over 3 years 2019-2022 where customer units overflowed outside his building (very disorganized like a episode of hoarders). $16,000.00 +/- heating units that only had a harbor freight tarp over them to protect them from winter/water. Snow an ice would accumulate on top of each unit. Myself and others recommended to him the entire time to spend the money and build better storage to protect a customers investments and to make working for him a bit easier. He instead would take several lavish vacations outside the US and leave us to the mess. Not to mention he cherry picks who is important enough to call back. I was basically his customers punching bag as each day customers who called prior wanting answers got ignored by him. He is a master at putting you off with empty promises. His father Gary basically babysits his son Renzy best he can to ensure the business stays in minimum operation. Gary almost never gets to go home as he is constantly working. Actually feel bad for the old timer. I wouldn't recommend them. After they sell you product good luck getting them to service or care to even get you replacement parts. I do hope that after I left he took more responsibility in storing a customers units other than harbor freight tarps. (Previous employee of Fireplace Center Kalispell)"

"We love our home's 2 fireplaces. Was installed one year ago. Had some things that we needed to get fixed and did not hear back from renzy for several months. I understand if a company is busy. But I found this to be extensive. I suggest you hire more help. However, today a young guy came to do the repairs. And he was incredibly professional, clean, polite and very efficient. I am very happy with our fireplaces."

"It took months and months of calling (no response) to get the unit installed - then the paint of the pipe was inconsistent (no response) there is smoke stains on the ceiling - now there are metallic-like smells (set off smoke detector). The only way I could get a response was calling first thing in the morning to speak to someone - but still no action. I have even stopped by the store (~60miles from me) - and they are nice but just can not seem to deliver. I do not know what to do as they are the only Vermont stove dealer"
