"Was informed by geek squad staff a couple days ago they could assist with phone transfer so I made appointment. Showed up today and was told no by another staff person. The last time I did a transfer it was done by geek squad staff. Ridiculous. I pay for the service membership - it will be cancelled! Rating should be zero."
"Was just in the store to purchase a high dollar item but no associate to help. Saw 3 people in the geek squad area. 2 at check out the 1 guy sitting at the desk as you go in and 2-3 out on the floor. Asked for help and was told we would have to wait. We waited for 15 minutes no one showed up. Really sad when there is no customer service anymore."
"I dared to go to an electronics store during the holiday season. I'm glad I chose Best Buy. I was going to order a meta quest 3 online, but Best Buy had in stock. Helpful folks all the way through."
"I genuinely hate Best Buy, I regard it as the worst retail experience in the USA, but this Best Buy is the exception. They are friendly and cordial and happy to answer questions. They give a more comprehensive answer than other best buy locations or the (horrible) phone support. If they don't know the answer to your question they will actually find out, and they have never told me "don't know, sorry" like (all) other best buy locations. I've been to best buy from the east coast to the west coast and I hate them all, except this location, it's like the best buy experience of years ago when they were one of the best most customer centric retail experiences."
"They greeted us upon entering the store. It went downhill from there. I was looking for a case for my cellphone. At least a third of the pegs were empty. I finally found something that might work, but it seemed over-priced for what it was. There was an employee working out of a shopping cart directly behind me, but no offer or even asking me if I needed help finding anything. I moved on to the movie section, which was dismal at best. A very small selection compared to what it used to be. It, too, was partially empty and not organized at all. I then went to the camera section where my daughter was looking at a boxed camera behind glass. No pricing was available, and it didn't match the description of any of the tags in the case. Disappointed, I left the store without buying anything."
