"We furnished our new home in Wyoming entirely with Montana Woodworks furniture ordered thru Home Depot to save on shipping costs. The furniture was delivered directly to the Home Depot in Casper Wyoming. I made three trips from Dubois Wyoming with an enclosed trailer to transport the furniture back to our new home. Two of the pieces were damaged in transport. I believe they were damaged during the loading process at the store but I cannot prove this. The furniture sat in our empty home during the winter months. By the time the damage was noticed we were well past the return window and Home Depot would do nothing to help us. I contacted Montana Woodworks and spoke with Leah. She spoke with her management team and they offered to send a brand new top for the armoire and new bottom door for the bookcase. All I would owe them is a $50 shipping fee. I was able to repair both pieces as good as new! What incredible customer service! I have purchased more pieces since and will continue to do business with Montana Woodworks in the future. I cannot thank you all enough for your generosity and kindness. Tom Harrison satisfied customer."

"We ordered a beautiful rustic end table from this company through Houzz. It was sent directly from this business. It arrived after a couple of weeks in a regular cardboard box with absolutely NO packing material; no styrofoam, no bubble wrap, no higher-density cardboard. Nothing. Since it was shipped via FedEx all the way from Montana to S.C. in this manner, unsurprisingly, it arrived badly damaged and unusable. Houzz was great in refunding our money immediately, which we opted for rather than a replacement. We couldn’t see a different outcome if this is how Montana Woodworks routinely ships their products. Very disappointing and so easily avoidable if they would just pack products properly."

"Montana woodworks knows how to correctly do business. I just can't see the other negative reviews. There must have been shipping issues beyond control of Montana Woodworks. My Glacier office set was expensive, but solid beautiful wood. Always received great compliments. But my seat pad and armrest material did start to peel away over time. I contacted Montana Woodworks and got a live person on the phone immediately. After brief correspondence with photos sent, a new set was shipped to me all the way across the country immediately. I am throughly impressed with Montana Woodworks and will use them again when it's time to expand my outdoor room."
