"Checked in on line said 13 minutes. When arriving told 30 to 40 minutes. Ok one stylist one person ahead of us. Walked next door got a coffee. Came back and watched the line grow on the computer. Walk ins were being told an hour. The wait was up to 182 minutes. The other stylist was on lunch. We watched one haircut in the time sitting there. After waiting close to 1 hour finally my daughters turn. She wanted a shampoo and curl for her senior pictures. The gentleman told her no he doesn’t have time. At no time was she asked what she was going to get. And refused her service. Now in this time watched the other stylist walk in with groceries and not seen again. When they say 13 minutes not true. I watched many people come in and told one hour. Amazing a business can stay open. We are now at the Great clips on Reserve. 2 stylist and we waited 10 minutes and my daughter is getting her hair washed and styled.Honesty is the best policy. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you Great Clips on Reserve."

"I am a 64 year old man who had the misfortune of having a haircut in this establishment. I’ve had my haircut in 10 states by many different professional barbers and stylists, and never have I experienced anything as awful as this cut. My advice to anyone thinking about a visit to your business is simply don’t!! A two year old learning how to use scissors would have given a better haircut than the one I received, and I wouldn’t have needed to shave my head to fix the butchery given to me as a professional cut. Stay away from this place."
