"This business uses “boom” for all the wrong reasons. 1. Incendiary and destructive 2. Fail miserably 3. A series of attacks “Boom” and stagger away is more like it. Unfortunately, my hair will take months to recover. BoomSwagger butchered my hair with an uneven haircut. Over-processed the dye so it is frizzy and falling out. Promised a refund for ruining my hair but has not followed through. Mind BLOWN, but not in a good way. I guess boom isn’t a good thing"

"It is difficult to find such a high concentration of expert hair stylists as there are at Boom Swagger Salon. I hit the lottery with this group. I wear a long bob and any number of cutters can handle the job. I had two haircuts. Booked number three four months in advance, so I am sticking with these guys!! Update. My stylist moved and the others are not taking new clients. Ho hum. I guess that my 7883 views threw me under the bus. It was nice while it lasted. I found a great new hair cutter and will keep it a secret."
