"This 5 star goes out to Kim at reserve nails and spa!! She did absolutely AMAZING on my acrylics, by far the best set I’ve ever had out of all the hundreds of sets I’ve gotten in Missoula. She was so kind and funny, a perfectionist, yet very gentle, cleanly AND had my set done in a timely manner- 10/10 would recommend and go over and over again!!!"

"The first time I went there the lady did a really good job. The second time I went there. The lady that I went to was a different lady and she did a horrible job. My nails are different shaped different length and some of my nails crooked.!!!"

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. 1. The technician was very rough on my nails and skin. He shaped/cut off the top corners/sides of my fingernails with cuticle nippers and pulled the cut pieces of nail from the surrounding skin. 2. Made cuticle bleed profusely on one finger after being too rough trimming cuticles. I wouldn’t let him trim any more cuticles after that. 3. Nails were not cut evenly and the color on my nails was nowhere close to the color I picked (I chose a dark purple and got brown). 4. I came here with my best friend as part of her bridal party the day before her wedding. All of the people in my group agreed that something was wrong with their nails, from the technicians being rough to not getting the color they asked for. The bride’s nails and color were good, but there was lots of polish left on the skin on the sides of her nails. Don’t spend your time or money here. There is no event that’s worth coming here for. Pick anywhere else or just keep your nails as is."
