"Honestly I had one of the best bridal party hair appointments of all time with Mallory at Crown! I came in with what I thought was a pretty far fetched vision ( big glam Hollywood waves, lots of vintage volume), and she NAILED IT. I looked incredible, and people came from all over the salon to tell me how good it looked. I literally had a flood of compliments from people attending the wedding all night long too. I think it's a real testament to Mallory's talent that I was one of 9 women standing all in the same bridesmaids dress, and she was able to make me stand out and feel stunning. Mallory understood the assignment for sure, and delivered! I'd trust her for any big day hair styling!"

"I unfortunately had a negative experience here a couple weeks ago. The lady doing my hair completely messed up the color. I asked for blond to be taken up closer to the roots and some slight lowlights and showed her the picture of what I wanted. My hair was already very blond but needed some dimension. When she finished, my hair was completely brown with black stripes all over in it. How does that happen. I had two huge events that coming weekend and asked to have it fixed before that. She said she couldn't for another week and a half and I felt obligated to pay. When I got home I was extremely unhappy with what she did to my hair and had to pay to have someone else fix it. When I asked for a refund they refused."
