"She hung up on me when I was making the appointment. I showed up for a trim at 10 am and no one was there. She didn’t answer her calls, didn’t text me saying she couldn’t make it, nothing. 6 hours later I get a vague text message from a random number saying “i apologize I was busy with court”. Assuming that was her, still don’t know."
"I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and the girl was late by 10 minutes. When she got there she was extremely rude and clearly high. Once in the salon it was disgusting. I left immediately with her cussing me out as I left for making her come in to the salon. Horrible place DON’T GO."
"I had the worst experience at this salon. The lady was rude and didn’t care at all about her clients. She seemed shakey and couldn’t stop grinding her teeth the whole time. It drove me crazy! If you need anything done at a Salon, PLEASE go to one of the actual professional businesses in Hamilton. As someone in her late 40’s I appreciate someone who can do business properly and that was not here."
