"I met Lana yesterday for the first time and was beyond impressed! Her shop is SO CLEAN, she welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel at home immediately. I especially loved how she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it, it made perfect sense to anyone not in the industry to understand. I actually learned a lot from her about my own hair. She is in her element when she is giving a haircut, I could see it written on her face and could tell she truly enjoys it.
