"I ask for a haircut and highlights. Explained the haircut I wanted (or I thought I did). From past experiences and the price list $30 for a haircut and style? I wanted a few (4-5) highlights? $40? And I knew what I could afford. An hour and a half later my bill was over $120. My hair was all cut off (not the cut I ask for) and not one highlight. She was very friendly and professional as she did not hear a single word I said. And yes a vast improvement BUT not what I ask for.I felt completely taken advantage of. And broke. I cried."
"last minute attempt to get a haircut for my 5 year old. walked in shortly before closing. the stylist was so welcoming and kind to my little guy. despite his wiggles and non stop talking her patience was never rattled. i typically do not wrire reviews, this is my first actually but i was so pleased with our experience wanted to share. best haircut yet! she talked him through ever step, introducing him to the tools, making cute sound affects and put him at ease. she even washed his hair, which he loved. will continue with this amazing stylist who my son now calls lava lady due to her beautiful red hair."
