"Today I just went in for a color remover and the man, Mack (hope spelling that correctly) at the store was SO helpful, the solution he suggested worked to lift most of the black on my blonde hair that I didn't ask the stylist for. He explained using a clarifying shampoo instead of the product I came in for would be much better for my hair, given the condition, color and what I explained I wanted and the concern for the condition it is in. I really appreciate the hair masks he suggested and the fun conversation. THANK YOU!!!"

"Sally Beauty sells professional level salon products to the public without needing a cosmetology license. It works out better if you know what you're doing (at least look up some tutorials online) and don't expect miracles (there is no toner on earth that will turn golden orange hair platinum, that's not what toner does, it is literally in the name). They run the store with minimal staff on purpose based on orders from corporate, which means if someone gets sick sometimes the store has to close. If that bothers you, I suggest either ordering online or contacting corporate and telling them they should let the store hire more people, because that's not a decision made by anyone working at that store."

"A special shout-out to Amber, but ALL of the employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I've been there several times and the service is always exceptional. Why go to Ulta, where the employees are stuck up & nasty, when you can come here and get excellent service instead?"

"Is this place ever open? Third time stopping by while in the area and it's always closed. First time closed early and now its had a sign up since Saturday (it's now Tuesday) that it's closed due to unforseen circumstances. I understand things happen, but it would be nice if someone updated their days/hours."
