"I own a business and wanted to retain a local attorney for a local employement After 2 weeks of "let me take your number", I called and asked for an appointment or a referral and was given an appointment 5 days later. That appointment was changed three times and then missed. When I called to find out when it could be rescheduled for I was advised that the lawyer was too busy. Complete and total TRAINWRECK."

"**I WAS NEVER REPRESENTED BY THIS FIRM, BUT I FEEL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WARRANT THIS REVIEW.** I called them on 6/10/22 - I was told I would get a call back that day or the following week. I was never called. At the time of speaking with them, they seemed very interested in taking my case. I called them back on 6/20/22 since I was not called back, despite their promises otherwise. I was told my information would be passed onto an attorney and I would hear back sometime this week. I never got a call back from them that week. I called them back on the morning of 6/27/22 since I had not heard from them. I was told by the receptionist I would have a paralegal call me back today for a status update. I was never called back. I called them back about 40 minutes before they closed on 6/27/22 since they still didn't call me back. I was finally transferred to an attorney, who asked for my story, then proceeded to use the tired old lie of "we are too busy" or "we have too much of a caseload." This practice seems to have a poor track record of lying to potential clients. Between repeatedly lying to me about calling me back over a period of 3 weeks, to the worn out lie of "being too busy," I am not impressed with this firm. I would not encourage anyone do any business with them. Side note: I say the claim of "being too busy" or "we have too full of a caseload" is a lie based on what I was told by two attorneys, who combined, have nearly 80 years of experience being lawyers. They both echoed the same sentiments that many practices will claim to be "too busy" or "have too full of a caseload" when they simply don't want your case. When the attorney I spoke with this evening made the same "too busy" claim, I could hear it by the tone in her voice that she was lying. I'm not a lawyer, and don't claim to be one, but it seems outright lying to prospective clients would fly in the face of the ethics and professional obligations of lawyers. I know it certainly doesn't meet my expectations for lawyers. Again, not recommended."
