"I am very frustrated with this mistake. As someone who has very slim options due to being vegetarian Arby’s is something that was good and made the accommodations. I ordered the French dip with no roast beef. Weird order but simple not a lot I was asking for. I got home and the dip was not in the bag. Why should I have to let alone pay for it and not recive it but also paying for no roast beef. I am very upset about this. It was so easy to put it in the bag. If it’s on the menu why don’t they serve this. This has happened several times. I will not be coming back."

"Walk into lobby tried to order food was told the lobby is closed no signage saying so was instructed to go through drive-through walking and -4° weather with ice all through the drive-through by manager DoorDash driver was defending me and they instructed the DoorDash driver to leave. Because she pointed out it was Dangerous. A “Manager was on duty yelling at me and the DoorDash driver."

"Service is hit and miss. I love crinkle fries, but theirs tastes like they soak them in oil and then a quick heat. One lady, i think she was in training, was incredible. I forgot to get her name. Super friendly and apologizing for anything she might get wrong. Hahaha"

"They should close down! 3rd time in a row that they have totally messed up my order and the employees have zero personality and commonsense to even get an order done right. The food was awful!"
